What is an objection?
Objections are situations when the application of registration has not met the requirements sufficiently. You will be issued the certification of registration once it is approved by the council. The registration will thereafter be published in the Intellectual Property Journal and dated back to the initial day of application filing. This means that the rights of the trademark of the owner have been effective from the date of the registration date of the application.
