Accommodations at 1805 Phinney House in Cooperstown, New York are a perfect combination of bygone charm combined with modern conveniences.  All rooms have private bath and are decorated with fine furniture and accessories designed for your comfort. The guest living area and library at 1805 Phinney House are for your use, as is the veranda overlooking our lovely flower gardens. We serve a full delicious breakfast, and coffee, teas, soda and snacks are available all day.
1805 Phinney House offers five guest rooms.  Each room has its own particular charm and appeal and all rooms have en suite bath and air conditioning.
The Doubleday Room at 1805 Phinney House is a larger northwest corner room in the rear of the house. It is a bright, cheerful room with a white iron king sized bed and floral print wallpaper and draperies (can be twin beds). Of special interest to the avid baseball fan is the view of historic Doubleday Field and Stadium from the rear window
Ann's Cabbage Rose Room , another of 1805 Phinney Room specialities, is a center west room with wall covering that carries off its name. A queen sized bed, antique dresser and reading chair offer comfort and period charm that make this room especially relaxing.
Elihu Phinney Room is located in the right front southwest corner of the house, in its oldest section. A lovely cherry wood four poster queen sized bed and colonial-blue "board and batten" walls combine elegance and comfort without disturbing the sensation of returning to our heritage.
Glimmerglass Room reminds us of James Fenimore Cooper's "Glimmerglass Lake". A center east room, it is done in early light floral print, and offers a queen sized bed, antique lace curtains and summer breezes.
The Roby Mae Room, located in the left front southeast corner of the house, also boasts historic "board and batten" walls. Antique high four poster twin beds are fitted with handmade comforters and matching window draperies (can be a king bed).
