Centrally heated throughout 27 Lake Road has 5 bedrooms,  2 double en suites, 2 doubles with basins & adjacent bathroom/loo and 1 twin bed room.  One double en-suite has an additional single bed too. The fully equipped kitchen has a range cooker, full fridge, microwave, full freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.  A rustic pine dining room with adjacent loo/cloakroom seats 11 and leads to a spacious living room with high quality leather and fabric furnishings centred around a black stove and slate hearth.  27 Lake Road has a garden to the front of the property with picnic benches which is perfect for a quiet glass of wine or BBQ.  Made beds, bed linen and one bath towel per person, travel cot and high chair are provided free of charge.

All statutory health & safety obligations are met and 27 Lake Road is one of the few in the area independently fire risk assessed to BS PAS79.  Parking is by permit in Keswick's Central & Lakeside Car Parks 1 & 5 minutes stroll from the cottage respectively.
