Welcome to 5 Chipman Hill, Chipman Hill Suites, Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada. The building at 5 Chipman Hill, was constructed circa 1850 for a wealthy merchant in the City of Saint John, New Brunswick. It is in the Greek Revival style and is one of the few buildings in the uptown area to have survived the Great Saint John Fire of 1877.
In 1998, this building, which had been vacant for decades, underwent a marvelous restoration. It now houses 11 beautifully appointed corporate apartment Suites ranging from budget to executive (based on size).
All Suites in this building are suitable for one or two adults.
On the main floor, through our beautiful foyer, relax in our parlor, and check your email on our complimentary guest computer.
Our other living room on the second floor features a beautiful wooden paneled wall with an original painting on the wood! Laundry facilities are free of charge and include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The building is security locked with intercom and individual mail boxes. Parking is available at reasonable rates, and is conveniently located in the Chipman Hill Parking Garage directly across the street. Dozens of shops and restaurants are within two to five minutes walk.
