Our Picton Motel complex is built so that the units have a sunny north facing aspect, and are mostly on the ground floor.
The AAA Marlin Motel units all have a wonderful vista of the native forest on the surrounding hills out into the Sound, so you really know you're on vacation.
All of the accommodation units are smoke free and come with these features: linen and large white fluffy towels, rea, coffee, sugar, milk, ice and chilled filtered water, quality flowing soap adorn the individual bathrooms, 21 inch TV (34" in the King Apartment), wireless internet available, in house videos available, and DVD players in every unit, with titles available for hire.
At the Motel guests enjoy relaxing outdoors where there are gas barbeques, timber tables with market umbrellas, a playground and heaps of space for children to play.
A large kowhai tree in the garden attracts tuis and with many citrus trees on the property, a slice of lemon for the gin and tonic is not a problem and kids love picking their own mandarins.
