Aarli Bar translates to 'Fish Bar', aarli being the Aboriginal Bardi word for fish, and fish is Aarli Bar's specialty. It's all fresh, and it's all served whole. Along with a tantalising array of tasty Spanish style tapas and authentic wood fired pizzas. There is nothing like it in WA. The idea stems from the style of eating found in the Middle East and the Mediteranean. Everything is shared, and there are no 'individual' meals as such. It's about having a dining experience, not just a meal. The food is tasty and adventurous, as Melbourne trained owner/Chef Nick Wendland infuses an array of flavours to tantalise the palate.
