Acadien Historical Village in Caraquet, New Brunswick is one of the most authentic historical sites in North America, and visitors enjoy intrepreters in period costumes, 40 restored original buildings, where you will see how the Acadians lived between 1779 and 1939. Located a good drive out of Bathurst, this wonderful Attraction is well worth a visit, and guests are well advised a good three hours is needed to appreciate all that's on offer here.
