Welcome to Advantage Personal Training, Mystic, United States. Our Mystic facility, located in the newly renovated Old Mystic Mill, was opened in October of 1999. This 3,200 square foot space is truly one of the nicest spots in Mystic, Connecticut, situated on the bank of the Mystic River.
Throughout the year, the Advantage Personal Training Gym presents a warm, friendly atmosphere: The original brick factory walls support a high wood ceiling, with skylights affording bright, natural lighting. Its open, easy access encourages fresh ocean breezes. Our Mystic River view is like no other, with seasonal wildlife right outside the door.
The Advantage Personal Training Gym layout was designed to provide intimate one-on-one training with the assurance of professional trainers.
Equipment includes a full circuit of Body Masters and Free Motion resistance equipment. You'll find a set of treadmills, stationary bikes, and eliptical crosstrainers from the high-quality manufacturers Life Fitness, Cybex, and Quinton. Other equipment includes free weights, pulleys, tubing, medicine and stability balls, core and balance boards. We are dedicated to maintaining and keeping our equipment on the cutting edge of fitness.
