Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor fitness programme for women. We train Monday-Friday for one hour and do all sorts of exercises designed to target areas of the body that women need to work the most on. We focus on team work, fun and variety and no two days are alike so you never get bored of the routine.
Some of the exercises you can expect include short distance running, rope skipping, abs and core training, Pilates, obstacle courses, circuit training, weights, mat work, games, hiking, etc. There is also a strong sense of camaraderie and campers motivate one another in the group. Because you are with the same women for the 4 weeks, you also get to know new people, network and make lots of new friends!
There are two options: 5 days/week (R690) and 3 days/week (R560).
