Aintree House is a lovely Victorian Guest House approximately 40 metres from Eastbourne UK's seafront and promenade.  Aintree House is within easy walking distance of the town centre of  Eastbourne UK in the United Kingdom, the pier, local shops, cinema, theatres and restaurants.  Nearby are the South Downs and local golf courses which are around a 5-10 minute drive.

Aintree House is a quiet, family run Guest House which has recently been renovated and offers a very high standard of accommodation, opening all year round.   It is a strictly no smoking Guest House.

Aintree House has 3 bedrooms.  Facing the rear of the house, the Epsom is a quiet, spacious double room with full en-suite facilities.

The Sandown is a peaceful twin room, again at the rear of the house, with complete en-suite facilities. The Goodwood room is light and airy making it the perfect surroundings for total relaxation.

All rooms at Aintree House have central heating, double glazing and are furnished to an extremely high standard.

All rooms at Aintree House have flat screen televisions, kettle and a hospitality tray with tea coffee, hot chocolate and mineral water. There are hair dryers in all the bedrooms for guest use and cd player/radio/alarm.  For the summer there are electric fans in all rooms and fresh towels and toiletries are provided. 

Breakfast is served in the main dining room of Aintree House on the ground floor, and may be either full English breakfast or Continental.
