Let our experienced guide escort you on your Marine mammal Kayaking experience. Many of our clients at Akaroa Seakayaks have tried "Swim with the Dolphins" and feel that their seaKayaking encounter with the Hector's Dolphins was far more intimate and enjoyable, due to the close proximity of the dolphins to kayaks.

We do require our clients to have a reasonable level of fitness, as they may have to paddle up to 14 kilometres during one of our guided tours of Akaroa Habour, viewing Dolphins, Fur seals, birdlife and the sheer beauty of the area.

Please bring with you a light weight windproof jacket and at least 1 litre of water when you arrive for your tour.  Unfortunately Sea Kayaking is a very weather dependant activity. Akaroa Sea Kayaks reserve the right to cancel trips at any time.
