Welcome to Akuna Brewery, Mona Vale, Australia. Akuna Brewery is a relatively new Brewery using age old traditional brewing methods to create a premium quality, hand crafted beer without all the modern day additives and preservatives. The classic range is in keeping with the German Purity Law dating back to 1516. This local microBrewery was started in 2005 by Greg and Ali Facer and operates with a small team from their Mona Vale premises. They only brew Akuna beers from traditional high-quality raw materials hand picked from Australia and around the world. Premium quality raw materials come at a price but we feel it is worth it to get the desired end result. We are excited to announce that our Gluten Free Beer will shortly be available at Brookvale Cellars by the 6 pack and case. We have developed this recipe to cater for those poor souls who have been unable to enjoy a refreshing ale, in some cases that we have heard, for 20 years!!! The reports are really favourable so if you are looking for a gluten free alternative to quench the thirst then give this great brew a go! Planning a party? Need beer?
