The Alfredo di Roma has classic decorations, floors in marble, walls of tijolinhos and tables with spread white towels in two environments, one for smokers and one for none smokers.
American bar was remodelled and gained a modern decoration, with walls in clear tones.
In the kitchen, the star of the house is chef Nailton Ribeiro, who has twelve years experience, follows the standard of quality of the Restaurant, established in 1910, in Rome, in Italy. For starters, chef suggests the carpaccio of salmon, R$ 16,80. The main plate can be batutta di manzo al Pepe nero (filé mignon beaten with gravy poivre) with ravióli of gorgonzola, R$ 36,80. Between desserts, try the classic tiramisu, R$ 13,00.
An executive, composed lunch is also offered for cover, main plate, dessert and coffee. The complete menu costs R$ 29,90. The climatized cellar has capacity for 100 bottles. The house was pointed as the best Italian Restaurant of the city, as the indication of the jury of SEES Salvador, and still it appears as one of the ten better kitchens of the capital, this is Alfredo di Roma.
