Founded by Mamma Andreina in 1956, the management has seen three generation in the kitchen but has always sought not to lose her vision of "the search for good traditional tastes". Alla Lega A la Carte uses the produce of the region with its rich flavors. For this reason one will always find the carne salada, using cured and cooked meats with borlotti beans, marinated trout, tripe in a broth, barley soup Trentina style, spinach dumplings with melted butter and sage, pasta with hare sauce, rabbit or deer with polenta and mushrooms and at the end carrot cake and apple strudel. The cellar is well stocked with Trentino and national wines that combine excellently with the chosen dishes.
Although remaining faithful to the traditions that are characteristics of the region, the menu also offers vegetarian dishes and fish from the lake which always meet the customers’ approval.The management at Alla Lega constantly focuses on the relationship between quality and price believing that this is the basis of the success of a restaurant.
