Alligator Point is an isolated peninsula on the Gulf of Mexico in Northern Florida. This website describes the Point and some beach houses our friends rent on the point. Alligator Pint is a delightful old Florida beach house. The house is over 50 years old and is truly an old Florida beach house, inside it is all wood, heartwood pine floors and ceilings and cypress or heartwood pine walls throughout. It's waterfront right on the Gulf of Mexico. The lot is over an acre, and has 300 feet of private unshared beach. The lot extends from the Gulf of Mexico across the road to the bay, Alligator Harbor so you have 150 feet of private bay frontage on both. It's a really unique setting. Alligator Pint belongs to Jack Simmons, who lives aboard his 60 ft wooden sailboat and rents the house out.
