At Alpenglow Cafe we serve no frozen items; i.e. meat/veggies/fruit. We make all breads daily: * English muffins  * Sesame & whole wheat hamburger buns * Yeast rolls baked daily * All white & wheat breads used for toast & sandwiches are baked daily

All of our milk, yogurt and cream at Alpenglow Cafe, Bend are provided by Central Oregon dairy cows.

Our bacon, beef, chicken & salmon are smoked in Deschutes County.  All of our pancake & waffle batters are made daily using Oregon fresh eggs, milk or buttermilk and flour. Pure, Grade A Maple syrup arrives directly from Greensboro, Vermont.
