Welcome to the Alyeska Llama Farm Retreat in Apollo Bay, Victoria, Australia. Alyeska is 120 acres of steep hilly grazing land in the Otway Ranges hinterland overlooking the coastal resort town of Apollo Bay and beyond across Bass Strait, Victoria.
Blackwood and Blue Gums line the surrounding valleys from Paradise to the tip of Killala. Birdlife is plentiful and a wallaby temporarily blocks your trail. A sea mist settles in the valleys and sometimes blocks the sun on the way home from the fishing holes in the West Barham river that flanks Alyeska's western boundary.
Grazing is the primary role. Some 300 Perondale sheep, about 30 Angus cattle are the support activities to key tenants which are the Llamas of Alyeska.
The Llama Loft is an idyllic retreat for one couple as it is cosy and romantic with views of the ocean from a king size bed.
The Llama Lodge is perfect for couples or families... with the friendly Llamas grazing on your doorstep.
Be amongst the action. Situated on The Great Ocean Road in the middle of town... directly opposite the beach.
At the Alyeska Llama Farm Retreat in Apollo Bay, Victoria, Australia you can experience the charm of the human-friendly llamas. A kiss a day keeps the doctor away!
