Our villa is in a quiet location on the edge of the Amaliapolis village. The villa can be rented as a whole for larger parties of up to 16 people but it is sub-divided into four self-contained apartments which can be rented separately.

This Greek holiday villa is within walking distance of sandy beach and village centre. It is located in an untouristy seaside village just south of Volos. The villa stands on its own in a quiet location on the edge of this Greek seaside village and is not overlooked at all. There are beautiful views of the surrounding hillsides planted with olive groves and, from the top floor, seaviews. On a clear night, because there is very little light pollution, the starry sky is magnificent and you can see the twinkling lights of the villages on Pelion, across the Pagasitic Bay.

There are 2 42m2 apartments on the top floor, each sleeping 4 people and one larger 84m2 apartment on the first floor, again for 4 people. All the first and second floor apartments have several balconies and views of the surrounding olive groves and the sea in the distance.

Outside

There is a lovely enclosed garden with olive and other fruit trees. Our garden provides tables, chairs and 2 barbecues for eating al fresco plus a couple of childrens' swings and a slide. The garden has extensive lawned areas as well as flower borders. In season help yourselves to figs, oranges, lemons and pomegranates growing in the garden. There is plenty of shade from the olive and other trees.
