The long established name of 'Amber' is synonymous with Andy Chung who pioneered the introduction of classical Chinese Cuisine to the City of GLASGOW, Scotland in United Kingdom.
Mr Chung started the first Amber Restaurant more than 20 years ago in Byres Road. He has since gained a strong reputation for undeniable quality and service and is now established in a convenient City Centre location on West Regent Street, hence the name Amber Regent.
It is in these surroundings he dispense his culinary art and skills to all diners who appreciate sumptuous meals and unrivalled standards of excellence.
The main restaurant boasts plush decor and elegant surroundings which are complimented by a range of quality oil paintings of Hong Kong and China Scenes by Stewart Vernon, one of the GLASGOW's current elite artists.

Amber Regent are culinary specialists in sea-food and widely known for Sea Bass, Halibut, Lobster and Crayfish dishes. The restaurant is ideally located in GLASGOW, Scotland, for theatres, shopping and cinemas and provides an early evening promotion menu between 5.30 pm - 7.00 pm.
A La Carte is served every day, 12.00 noon until late and business lunches 12.00 pm until 2.15 pm Monday to Saturday. We are open Sunday 5pm until 10pm.
Amber Regent specialises in Cantonese and Szechuan cuisine combining fresh Scottish produce with traditional Chinese ingredients, e.g. sliced venison in mandarin sauce, aromatic crispy lamb, stuffed duck with mashed prawn on oyster sauce.
