Our firm of Amdursky Pelky Fennell and Wallen's roots extend more than a century back to its founding by Francis Culkin, who served Oswego as a District Attorney, County Judge and Congressman. In 1929 Lenoard H. Amdursky joined the firm. During Mr. Amdursky's more than fifty years in practice, he became an honored trial attorney who mentored numerous attorneys employed by the firm, several of whom later became State and Federal judges
