Angelic Acre is situated on the northern edge of the village of Milford, New York,  and is ideally situated for visitors to Dreams Park and Cooperstown, New York.  It is less than five minutes to Dreams Park and 10 minutes to Cooperstown. Less than a minute away is a bank, restaurant, post office and park.
Angelic Acre is a spotless and beautifully furnished house, surrounded by manicured lawns,  plenty of room for the kids to run around and for barbecues with great views of the distant hills.
Houskeeping is not provided by Angelic Acre.
The elegant living room of Angelic Acre has a TV and is open to the eat-in kitchen which is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and all dishes and utensils. Adjoining the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath nearby, the second bedroom has two twin beds - both have the necessary bedding and towels.There is air conditioning and cable TV in each bedroom. There is an iron and ironing board.Many cell phones work well in this area.
Unfortunately Angelic Acre does not allow pets, team parties or smoking.
