Each Apartment of the Marina is equipped with hot/cold AC (air pulse system). Flooring of the hall, the stairs, the corridors, the rooms and living rooms are in royal thala marble according to different calpinages. The flooring of the bathroom, the kitchen, the loggia is in compact stoneware. The wall covering of the showers, bathrooms and kitchens is in ceramic specially designed for the marina. The bathroom is entirely equipped with mirror, accessories and cabinet fitted to the sink; fixtures Hans Grohe; flush spots in the false ceiling. The Kitchen and kitchenette of the Apartments of the Marina,are in post-shaped wood, equipped with inox sink (Roca), cooker hood, embedded stove and oven. The Apartments of the Marina from the studio (60 sqm) to the 2-bedroom Apartment (180 sqm), are well-equipped, comfortable, with a wonderful view of the harbour and the canal. In this 13-hectare complex, 3 hectares are green areas.
