Appletrees Guest House is a spacious Victorian house recently refurbished with spectacular views from every room, where the hosts are friendly  and a full English breakfast is served daily.   Appletrees Guest House is an ideal location close to centre of Keswick, lake, park and theatre.

The accommodation comprises of Double, Twin and Single rooms, all en-suite. All rooms are non-smoking. TV’s and Tea & Coffee making facilities are provided in all rooms.

For the safety and security of our guests and to maintain our quiet and peaceful atmosphere, the front door of  Appletrees Guest House is locked and bolted at midnight.

There is limited parking at the rear of the property, secure storage for cycles and drying facilities are available free of charge.
