We must admit that there is nothing quite as nice as an Armenian cheese platter and this is quite simply the best in Lithuania. An exceptional endeavour located near the sculpture park (with a second location now set to open in Palanga), serving great grilled meat dishes and offering an impressive choice of fine Armenian wines. The service is touch and go. On one hand, we were touched by the well-trained, well-spoken waiter who attended to our table on our first visit. On the other, we were mildly irked by the waitress who seemed to just want to get home by eleven on our subsequent return visit on a Friday night. The first visit was so good that we are inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt but still recommend getting there as early as possible.
