Arch House, Guest House – a distinguished, grade II listed house, in Wells-next-the-Sea, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Quay. Built around 1830 to offer the Excise man a good vantage point over the town.... boo .... it's put to much better use these days as a rather pleasant retreat for the discerning traveller.

Arch House,had a very eventful year in her life in 2006, a huge transformation, and I'm sure if these walls had an opinion and could give it voice, they would say "Wow, that feels sooo good" (smile)... We're pleased beyond words and hope you agree that the lovely old place is still looking good. With television in all the bedrooms along with everything you need to make a nice cuppa, we're sure your stay will be everything you could wish for.

Our large car park is to the rear of the house, as you look at the front of the house, follow the wall round to the Left (Mill Road) and drive through the first hole in the wall..
