The traditional beef from the Alentejo pastures, tasty black-pig pork and succulent Mirandesa and Arouquesa steaks all have E.T.G. (Especialidade Tradicional Garantida) or D.O.P. (denomination of protected origin) certification and are carefully prepared to ensure that diners to enjoy their natural qualities to the full.
Our starters and desserts also respect the traditions that define the Restaurant, offering a delicious selection of homemade recipes from different parts of the country.
