Atlantic Living offers attractive, self catering accommodation in the premium suburb of Fresnaye, on the Atlantic Seaboard in the Western Cape of South Africa. Fresnaye is equally distant from the V&A Waterfront and down town CBD on one side and stylish, fun filled Camps Bay on the other. Five minutes by car will take you there or you can walk to Clifton, one of the best beaches in Cape Town, in the Western Cape, in just fifteen minutes.

Atlantic Living offers 2 Apartments in the same apartment complex. Both have been completely re-furbished in 2007 to give them a contemporary, stylish and comfortable look and feel. They each have full self catering facilities and are serviced a minimum of three times a week.

MOUNTAIN VIEW APARTMENT
Mountain View is a large 1 bedroom apartment, with a view of Lions Head from the lounge and the sea from the bedroom. Decorated in earthy African tones and with original African art on the walls, the open plan living, dining and modern kitchen area is informal and welcoming. The large and sunny bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, plenty of cupboard space as well as a dressing table and relaxed seating while the modern bathroom has a separate shower in addition to a jacuzzi bath.

GARDEN APARTMENT
Atlantic Living's Garden Apartment is a cosy apartment with a private garden and barbecuing facility. It has a separate bedroom fitted with a queen size bed and built in cupboards, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable living room with adjoining kitchenette.

Activities and Attractions
V&A Waterfront: A working harbour which is also home to shops, restaurants, movie theatres, the Aquarium, boat excursions including Robben Island and lots lots more. A really enjoyable and worthwhile outing for everyone and anyone.
CBD: Take a stroll up Long Street and enjoy the rich diversity of shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Visit Parliament or stroll in the Company Gardens. Collect some curios along the way in Green Market Square or take in some history at the Fort.
Bo Kaap: One of the earliest Malay settlements, Bo Kaap today combines history with trendy boutique shops and restaurants. Have lunch in the Cape Quarter.
Table Mountain: You can either walk up or take the Cable Car. As long as you do it for one of the best views around.
Lions Head: Walk up, paraglide off.
Clifton / Camps Bay: Great beaches, great views and plenty of bars and restaurants from which to enjoy the passing parade.
Sea Point Esplanade: Walk, run, cycle along one of the great Esplanades of the world. Take a dip in the very well appointed Public Pools.
Bantry Bay / Clifton: Walk along the coast road for stunning views and beaches.
Main Road / Regent Street: For all your shopping, banking, laundry/dry cleaning, in fact just about everything. Have a coffee at St.John's Piazza.
Sunset Beach: On the border of Sea Point and Bantry Bay, take your picnic and enjoy.
