The Park is in two sections, the Main Park opened in 1965 and the Grove opened in 1990. The Park opens for a little over seven months from late March to the last Sunday in October. Occupation of the Park is restricted to holiday or recreational purposes by our Site Licence. Residential use of a holiday home on the Park would be a breach of our planning permission and licence. Holiday home owners must have their own or rented accommodation and be registered on their local Electoral Roll.

The Park's laundry is equipped with a coin-operated washer, coin-op dryer, spinner, two deep sinks and iron. Also in the laundry there is a notice board with Park and tourist information.

Dogs are allowed provided they are not a nuisance to others, kept on a lead and exercised off the Park. Letting of your caravan holiday home is allowed, however, it is required that the holiday home remains primarily for your own or your family's use and not used as a commercial venture. The park owner does not act as a letting agent or own a hire fleet. The large majority of holiday home-owners do not let.
