She studied speech and special education in Europe and came to Australia in 1981. She has worked, taught and lectured in many countries including Germany, Austria, Denmark, Czech Republic, Israel, UK, USA and Australia. With a stage training and extensive lecturing experience she is a skilled trainer in personal presentation, voice projection and public speaking. She is a member of Speech Pathology Australia and currently runs a successful practice, Barbara Baldwin Speech Therapy in Adelaide and the Hills, in South Australia.
