The delicious home-cooked breakfasts, prepared with good quality ingredients, will set you up for the day.
Windermere is a good base for touring the South Lakes and further afield. There are numerous walks in the area to suit all abilities and with many historic houses close by, lakes to visit and outdoor activities you won't be short of something to do. Children are welcome at our Bed and Breakfast and there are many activities for them to do. Younger children, and adults, may enjoy a trip to The World of Beatrix Potter, which is in nearby Bowness-on-Windermere.
Jenny and Andy will be pleased to advise you on walks and other ways to spend your days.
Pets are welcome, by prior arrangement, and no charge is made for them.
Cyclists and walkers are welcome. If you wish to bring your bikes, please let us know when booking as we can arrange secure storage. We also have a hosepipe for you to clean off the mud.
