The Beeches lies within the Lake District village of Portinscale, a short drive or 20 minute walk by country footpath to the bustling market town of  Keswick in the United Kingdom.

The Beeches is a spacious and tastefully furnished house, including many interesting collectables, decorated and equipped to an extremely high standard with lovely views from the house and garden. The Beeches has 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 1 twin and 1 single and will sleep up to 5 people plus an infant or small child. Cot, high chair and Z bed available.  The large secluded garden of The Beeches boasts 2 barbecues, gas and traditional, with a level patio and garden furniture at the rear of the house with steps leading to another smaller patio area at the bottom of the garden.

Derwent water is only a 5 minute walk where you can access the launch into Keswick or to any of the landing stages around the lake. There is also a marina where water sports can be enjoyed.
