We are a family-owned and operated cottage complex located in the historic seacoast town of Wells in the Great State of Maine.

Guests enjoy our attractive grounds. The relaxing setting provides a lovely view of the abutting Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge and the blue Atlantic beyond.

In the town of Wells, you will find the best, affordable, lodging (ours of course!), many excellent restaurants, entertainment, great antique shops , and the most glorious beaches in Southern Maine. Wells is ideally located between the towns of Ogunquit and the Kennebunks. Belle of Maine is just a short drive South to the Marginal Way, Ogunquit Summer Theatre, and - for the kids - York's Wild Kingdom. To the North is Walker's Point, Kennebunkport - President Bush's summer home.
