Belmont Wetlands state park in Belmont, New South Wales, is a state park that is run by volunteers who are committed restoring the environment and working with the community to improve recreation and community access. The mission of these enthusiastic volunteers is to ensure that the state park remains a safe and beautiful park for the benefit of the public. Set on 240 hectares of wetlands, Belmont Wetlands state park is home to numerous bird species and features three bird hides. This unique and interesting state park offers many varied walks and Mountain Bike Trails. There are very basic Camping areas with no facilities, and well-behaved, leashed dogs are welcome.
