How Big Al's Steaks, the authentic Philly steak sandwich came to Delray Beach and South California in the United States.

Back in their hometown of Philadelphia, Big Al and son Adam watched their favorite teams while eating authentic Philly steak sandwiches.   They ate them plenty of other times too.   So, naturally when they arrived in Delray Beach, Florida, Big Al and Adam craved the famous Philly steak sandwich they loved.  Sadly they couldn't find anything that came close to that juicy, tender steak sandwich they knew from home.   Sure, lots of Florida restaurants claimed to have the real thing, but this father and son due knew the difference.  

With the idea of opening an authentic steak sandwich shop, the 2 guys went back to Philadelphia and made arrangements to bring to Delray Beach and Florida, the finest rib eye steaks and the best steak rolls Philadelphia had to offer.   Once they put it all together, they knew they had a winner and so Big Al's Steaks was born, to share the authentic Philly steak sandwich experience with their Florida friends and neighbours.

At Big Al's Steaks,  the steak sandwiches are carefully prepared the Philadelphia way with genuine imported rib eye steaks.  At Big Al's Steaks the rib eye steaks are thinly sliced so that they cook quickly and stay juicy and tender.
