Guests can take advantage of the delightful beamed sitting room with its natural cornish stone fireplace and squashy sofas. Relax with a book or magazine or simply sit and unwind after a long days sightseeing before heading off to sample some of the local ales and fare on offer at the nearby inns and restaurants.
Log fires are lit at the weekend (or upon request) in the winter and a selection of OS maps, DVDs, videos and books (including a number of volumes about Cornwall) and CD's are available for guests to borrow during their stay.
There is ample parking for guests cars even at the busiest times.
The Granary is the converted grain store of the mill situated just a few steps across the courtyard from the main building. It is a delightful self contained upside down house with its double ensuite bedroom downstairs and the cosy living room upstairs complete with TV and VCR makes for a perfect retreat.
Add a small kitchenette complete with refrigerator, microwave and grill and you can either cook up a snack in the evening or just order in a takeaway. Corkscrew and bottle opener supplied!
