A graduate of the Chef Apprentice Program at Confederation College, Barry's goal was to open a restaurant that celebrates the food that he grew up with, presented with a contemporary flare.

Bistro North features dishes such as pickerel chowder, lake trout, and prime rib which is featured on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

At  Bistro North flavour comes first, promising you an unparalleled dining experience.   Our menu showcases the freshest ingredients which we try and source locally, and our staff is eager to provide you with exceptional and friendly service.
