Botterkloof Wedding Venues are located at the Botterkloof Resort outside Stilbaai in the Western Cape of South Africa.

Botterkloof Wedding Venues - Restaurant can accommodate 80 guests with a dance floor in our function hall. We also have a separate Entertainment Area that can be utilized for smaller children, at an additional fee.

The Chapel
Mother Nature is a guest of honour at our charming Chapel. Natural light streams in over the bride and groom. While being fully roofed, the chapel has open sides, inviting the beautiful surroundings in while offering full protection from wind and rain. In winter, gas heaters warm the chapel. The chapel has been designed to seat up to 120 people.

Garden Weddings
An idyllic setting for a wedding ceremony is in our garden under the Pepper Tree. This includes the set-up of chairs, with white chair Covers

Entertainment Centre
The Entertainment Centre can be utilized to accommodate children and Childminder can be arranged.

Catering Services offered
Catering is done by Botterkloof at set rates. This price includes the following: A 3- course meal consisting of 1 starter, 2 main courses, 2 vegetables, rice & potatoes ,salad, 1 dessert, coffee & tea. Breakfast, Spitbraai, Picnic and Cocktail menus are available. We will also gladly create a menu tailored to your needs. Snacks as well as pre-function drinks are available at an additional fee. Unfortunately, guests are not allowed to provide their own.

Cash Bar
A Cash bar and barman is available at a fee which includes ice and glasses. Clients are welcome to bring their own wine and sparkling wine. A corkage fee is charged per 750ml opened bottle and 2 bottles are allowed per person. Clients cannot bring their own liquor, unless pre arranged with owner.

Botterkloof Accommodation
Botterkloof is perfect for overnight accommodation for wedding guests, and for longer stays for out of town visitors. Babysitters can be arranged through your co-ordinator for guests wishing to leave their children in the guest rooms during the wedding reception. We have 7 self catering cottages all fully equipped with all the kitchenware, bedding, braai and toiletry facilities, plus 2 B&B Executive suites. Please ask your co-ordinator for more information. Special rates are negotiated if the whole venue is booked, otherwise normal accommodation rates are applicable.. Children under 6 sharing with parents are free of charge, and children between 6 and 12 years pay 50% sharing with parents.

Menus
Botterkloof can provide you with a variety of choices menus. We prefer to tailor-make your menu to according to your own needs. We would like to accommodate all requirements to make the day special for you. Botterkloof will not allow guests to bring their own food onto the premises without management?s permission. Smoking
Our venue is a non smoking area. Smoking will be permitted outside of any building and at least 3 meters away from any entrance.
