Welcome to the Brasserie, Seafood Restaurant, Peterhead, Scotland. At the Seafood Brasserie our acclaimed team led by Head Chef Gary Christie have created a sumptuous menu, the emphasis being on local produce and quality. With the harbour only minutes away from the hotel, white fish and shellfish are supplied freshly landed from Ocean Venture and Amity Boats. Therefore the menu changes on a regular basis depending on what fish was landed on the day. The salmon originates from the Ugie Smoke House. McWilliams of Aberdeen provides the prime meat and game whilst the seasonal vegetables and fruit are homegrown by Neil Gammie where possible. The ice cream and sorbet are provided by Ice Cream Cabin in Buckie. Last but not least, the local bakers Murdoch Allan take a hand with the bread.
Sunday is a time for rest and relaxation, so why not enjoy a hearty 3 course Sunday Carvery lunch with the family at Brasserie, Peterhead.
