Each room at  Breakers By The Sea has it's own kitchenette, which consists of a full oven w/ range, a full size refrigerator, kitchen sink, and some utensils.  If you plan on cooking while staying at Breakers By The Sea,  make sure to bring that special pot & pan. Some rooms come equipped with a microwave. All rooms are air conditioned, and come with cable TV including free Disney and SciFi channels.

Breakers By The Sea has an ocean front room with 2 double beds, a private balcony, and a full kitchenette, including stove, oven, full fridge and kitchen sink. This room comes with full cable, including Disney, and the SCI FI Channel.

Breakers By The Sea's 2 bedroom apartment includies a full kitchen, a full living room, 2 separate bedrooms, and a porch. It has no view of the water, but is 2nd story, and is closer to Hampton Beach Center.
