Your breakfast will be cooked to order ? a traditional full English breakfast, or something lighter if you prefer.
The sausages are made for us by the local butcher, Bob, and many guests take some home with them!
The free-range eggs are from a local farm, and organic and home-made produce is used, home grown wherever possible.
There is also a selection of cereals, fruit juice, fruit and yoghurt that you can help yourself to.
The cooked breakfast consists of a choice of scrambled, poached or fried egg with sausage, bacon, mushrooms and tomato or scrambled egg/beans on toast or Boiled egg or smoked Haddock (subject to availability - please order the day before)
The Vegetarian Option breakfast is a choice of scrambled, poached or fried egg with vegetarian sausage, hash brown, mushrooms and tomato. Served with Tea, Coffee or fruit/herbal tea and toast with marmalade and preserves (homemade wherever possible).
A Continental breakfast also available by arrangement.
