Brick Bay Vineyard is located in RD 2 Warkworth in the Matakana Wine-growing district, an hour?s drive north of Auckland, New Zealand. The name of our vineyard refers to its location; the property opens on to Brick Bay,an attractive small bay overlooking Kawau Island.
A unique Wine experience awaits you in RD 2 Warkworth, near Auckland... visit us at The Glass House, open daily from 10am to 5pm. Bookings are essential for groups. Bay Wines may be purchased by the glass, half-bottle and bottle to enjoy overlooking the lake and vineyard, and may also be bought to take home with you. We are happy to courier Wine anywhere in New Zealand and to selected destinations offshore.
Brick Bay Vineyard range of Wines is available to taste at a small fee refundable on a bottle purchase. Selected older vintages may also be available for tasting and purchase.
The Glass House Larder imageur food platters are designed for two to share ? delicious seasonal combinations of breads, cheeses and other fine products made in our Glass House Kitchen.
A range of locally roasted coffee and tea is also available with a selection of tempting sweet ?treats? from our Glass House Kitchen. Non-alcoholic beverages are also available.
The Glass House was designed by Noel Lane and won a National Award in Architecture from the New Zealand Institute of Architects in 2007. Straddling the original dam bar, the building is a stunning combination of glass, steel and coloured Perspex. Visitors will enjoy the immediate connection to the vineyard and the peaceful vista over The Glass House Lake.

The Sculpture Trail at Brick Bay Vineyard is an unique outdoor gallery, sited along a 2km trail which winds through a remarkable landscape of native bush, pastures and vineyard, showcasing the best of New Zealand?s sculpture.
