Welcome to The Broadacre Hotel, New Romney in England, United Kingdom. The Hotel is situated in a quiet street parallel to the high street of New Romney.
Originally built as a farmhouse, The Broadacre Hotel's main entrance and six of the nine bedrooms are believed to have been built in the 17th Century. The remaining three bedrooms, in a converted cottage, and the restaurant, date from the 1860?s.
Once known as The Gables in England, it was used as a country club, before becoming a Hotel. We have 6 rooms inside our main Hotel and a further 3 cottage rooms within the Hotel grounds. The cottage rooms are on the ground floor and may suit guests with mobility difficulties, each of these rooms has its own exterior door. All Rooms are central heated, have remote control televisions, radio alarm clocks and hot beverage making facilities with bottled water and individually wrapped chocolate biscuit.
The single storey addition added early in the 20th century was an estate agents, this is now used as the bar.
