Buried in the heart of the picturesque old city in Palma near the Borne, Bruselas Restaurant has been created from a typical Mallorcan house built in the year 1400. At that time, two of the rooms were used as water cisterns, another one as an oil cistern and the rest formed part of the stables. All were part of the same property. Today, these rooms are full of atmosphere and particularly suited to group reunions, given the privacy that is offered by each one of them.
The name Bruselas was given to the venue in 1956 when it was a Piano Bar owned by a Belgian. During that period, many famous pianists graced Bruselas, among them Tete Montoliu.
At the end of 2002, Bruselas was opened as a Restaurant which serves grilled meats prepared on vegetable charcoals. The Argentinean meats on offer are from animals fed on natural pastures.
At Bruselas you will be able to taste a variety of dishes, many of them typically Argentine like â??Chorizo Beefâ? (Entrecote), Sirloin Steak and Loin steak prepared to perfection.
