By the Park Bed and Breakfast consists of two large century homes located in the heart of High Park Toronto.

They offer various accommodation styles: Traditional Bed and Breakfast with full vegetarian breakfast is offered at 92 Indian Grove, self-contained one-bedroom suite with full kitchen, 2nd, 3rd floor and basement level bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms/shared kitchen at 89 Indian Grove.

Keele subway station is located within a short 2 minute walk from our homes - providing an easy and fast access to downtown and attractions

Large 1910 artist/designer homes of By the Park Toronto are completely restored with flair and all modern conveniences. Dark woodwork, leaded glass windows, hardwood floors, multiple fireplaces, luxurious bathrooms.

Guests to By the Park Toronto are invited to relax or join in for conversation in our living room. Enjoy wood burning fireplace and television in our family room. In the summer months take a moment to unwind in our back garden to the sound of a fountain, or catch the afternoon sun on our porch.

Full vegetarian breakfast is served in our dining room between 8:00-9:30 am.
