The Caffe Duomo was born in 1999 in Cefalu, Palermo from the continuity of the tradition of the Bar Duomo. Caffe Duomo pleasantly represents the more classic spirit of the restaurant, and can accommodate 70 persons.

The furnishing in Caffe Duomo are of liberty style and are very elegant.  Our restaurant not only addresses the Italian tourists or foreigners, it draws you from the beauty of the Public square Dome and the majesty of the cathedral arabo/normanna, but also caters to those who search for the true antitheses the sicialian gastronomical tradition.

The menù, that changes daily with the current sea offerings, is centralized above all on plates made up of exclusively fresh fish that is cooked on live coals or in the furnace, bound together with the best sicialian wines from our wine cellar.
