The Canberra Dragon Flyers have a broad mix of members, of all ages and from all walks of life, who come together to compete in racing, relish the opportunity to get a bit of exercise out on the Lake and enjoy each others company in what is a real team sport.

Looking for something different when organising a team bonding event? The Canberra Dragon Flyers can host small corporate groups, to provide an introduction to dragon Boating and get a group of people out on the water doing things they never thought possible.
Being a sport, Dragon Boating involves training. The Canberra Dragon Flyers get out on the water three times a week for their general training.
The Canberra dragon boat fleet is situated at Lotus Bay, next to the Canberra Southern Cross Yacht Club.
Training sessions last for about one hour on the water and focus on paddling and racing techniques.
