Carriage Hills Resort was developed as three phases and consists of a total of 172 two-bedroom, two-bath holiday homes. Phase I and the 9,600 sq. ft. Carriage House recreational centre officially opened in July 1997. Phase II was completed in early 2000 and Phase III was completed in April of 2001.

Each 1,200 sq. ft. holiday home features designer-furnished living rooms, dining rooms, bedrooms, a five-piece en suite with whirlpool, and a kitchen.

The Carriage House serves as the focal point of the Resort. Here you will find a heated indoor/outdoor pool, locker rooms, a billiards room, exercise facilities, library, spa, children's pool, and a games room.

Carriage Hills Resort is Ontario's newest vacation ownership Resort. The 172 two-bedroom, two-bath holiday homes offer 1,200+ square feet of comfort. Each villa features a designer furnished living room and dining room, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and master bedroom with king size bed. Carriage Hills Resort owners enjoy fabulous amenities including skiing, golfing, dining and other Resort activities. Equipment rentals are available for all activities.
