Welcome to Cathay Inn in Spokane, United States. In 1950 at the same location, Tom Eng introduced Spokane to the delicacies of fine Chinese cuisine. Cathay Inn was dedicated to treating customers like family, serving only the freshest quality ingredients. Over the years some things have changed. Back then Division Street was little more than a narrow road for travelers and Cathay Inn was a roadside restaurant on the outskirts of Spokane.
But some things have remained the same. Many of our servers at Cathay Inn are second generation. In some cases their children have joined us, being the third generation to serve you.
At Cathay Inn we take price in our past and are dedicated to continuing in the tradition of keeping you, our guests as our single most important focus.
The new Cathay Inn features our greatly enlarged privatye dining area designed to handle every conceivable function, reception, luncheon, private party or meeting.
