Situated in the heart of the Constantia Valley in Cape Town, Western Cape of South Africa, The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel is a haven of peace and tranquility unifying two great traditions, the magnificent restoration of the 18th Century Klaasenbosch wine cellars and the splendid Manor House of the Hohenort, previously owned by the Spilhaus family.

With its understated elegance and charm, The Cellars-Hohenort Hotel boasts 53 luxury rooms and suites, with breathtaking views across the 9 acres (3.5 hectares) of world renowned gardens and vineyard. We currently have 3 salt-chlorinated heated swimming pools (Cellars, Hohenort & Madiba), a tennis court and a Gary Player designed putting and chipping green. Cellars & Madiba have recently been changed to solar heated swimming pools. Apparently for these pools, the temperature should range from 18° - 22°C. The D & D Spa awaits those in need of complete relaxation. We also have our own D & D Hair Salon.

Air-conditioned rooms and restaurants, car park, room service, security, Garden and Herb Tours and German Satellite Television. We now have a complimentary shuttle within the Constantia area which takes guests to Virgin Active Gym, Groot Constantia, Constantia Village and Kirstenbosch. We also offer a complimentary shuttle to Cavendish and The Waterfront.
