GIBC (Groupement Interproducteurs du Collioure Banyuls) was created in 1950 when 8 co-operatives joined together. The 750 winegrowers who make up Cellier des Templiers make wines that correspond to contemporary tastes.

Sculpted over time by man?s hand, the Vineyards of the Côte Vermeille (?Vermilion Coast?) are rooted between the land and the sea on dry and rugged terrain.
